We're rebuilding our customer banking experience and need a senior React engineer who cares about accessibility, performance, and shipping. You'll own major surfaces end to end and mentor a small frontend team.
What you'll do
- Lead the build of customer-facing banking features in React + TypeScript
- Set the bar for accessibility and performance across the app
- Mentor two mid-level engineers and review their work
- Partner with design on a shared component system
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of production React, ideally in fintech or regulated products
- Strong TypeScript and an eye for accessible, fast UI
- Comfortable owning features from spec to ship
- Based in or near a Caribbean timezone
