Why we built this
The Caribbean produces world-class engineers. For too long, the work that matched them lived somewhere else, behind cold global job boards, opaque pay, and résumés that flatten what a person can actually do.
Carib Devs is the answer to a simple question: what if regional developers had one proud place to show their work, and the people hiring could see the proof and reach out directly? No middlemen taking a cut of your craft. No explaining where you're from. Just the work, and the people who want it built.
